This two-storey, 112,000 square foot High School (grades 7-12) is home to both the CECCE (École secondaire catholique Sainte-Marie-Rivier) and the CEPEO (École secondaire publique Mille-Îles). It boasts 24 classrooms, 1 triple gymnasium, several washrooms, 2 administrative wings, 1 library, 4 specialized classrooms, 2 science laboratories, 2 shop classes, 1 daycare, 1 cultural centre, and 1 theatre. Also, part of the project was the construction of a municipal park adjacent to the school property for the City of Kingston.
