Health & Safety
Our commitment to worksite health and safety isn’t compliance driven—we protect the wellbeing of our people because it’s the right thing to do. We know that our responsibility to employees, subcontractors, clients, and the general public requires daily, proactive measures to eliminate foreseeable hazards, ensure up-to-date training, and enforce compliance with industry best practices and legal requirements.
Because compliance with safety and environmental regulations is a collective responsibility, we promote active involvement in workplace health and safety at all levels, from our leadership team to frontline employees and subcontractors. This means providing thorough and relevant training, site-specific safety plans, equipment operating and maintenance procedures, and other project-specific guidelines for reducing risk. It also means comprehensive pre-construction planning to mitigate risk and eliminate safety blind spots. Job sites are strategically set up to avoid double material handling and accidents. Our Safety Coordinator performs an in-depth evaluation of existing site conditions, and a mandatory safety coordination meeting is held for all personnel, owners, consultants, and subcontractors.
We hope our strong safety record shows our commitment to ensuring that health and safety is never compromised.
