OUR STORY
Sulpher Construction has been in the building industry for almost seventy years, evolving from a small masonry business to a full-service general contracting company specializing in complex civil/ environmental infrastructure projects. We’re known for our expertise in municipal wastewater and water treatment facilities, but we also provide general construction services to the industrial, institutional, and commercial sectors of the industry.
Founded in 1952 by James Crescent (JC) Sulpher and now leading into its third generation, Sulpher Construction is a family business with large-scale expertise, processes, and industry networks. Our pride in our family legacy drives us forward with integrity, honesty, and a commitment to getting the job done right.
With offices in both Ottawa and Kingston, we service all regions across Eastern Ontario – from Sault Ste. Marie to Cornwall and everywhere in between, we go where our clients’ needs take us.
